What happens if an item arrives faulty, or damaged in transit?

We hope this never happens but if your item does arrive faulty or damaged please contact me. Photographic evidence is normally expected for any item damaged.

Please email us your order number and a replacement will be despatched.

How long after an item is despatched will my customer receive their order?

Orders in most cases should be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch. *

 *A working day is Monday-Friday 9-5pm excluding bank holidays.
